These are RevSparkAI's beta Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, effective September 1, 2026. They are in force for the beta program and will be reissued as a new version following full legal review.

This document keeps the defined terms and entity name it was drafted with. Where the rest of the site now says FiggCanopy and FiggBrain, those are the same products described here as the FIGG Canopy methodology, On-Demand, and FIGG Brain Deployed.

FIGG Canopy: Terms of Service

Version: v2

Effective Date: September 1, 2026 (beta)

This is Version 2 of these Terms. Each future version carries its own version number and effective date; the version in effect at the time of the relevant conduct governs.

1. Parties and Recitals

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Micro Hires LLC, doing business as RevSparkAI ("RevSparkAI," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, and the individual or entity that creates an account for, purchases, downloads, installs, or uses any of the Services ("Customer," "you"). By creating a FIGG Canopy account, purchasing Credits, activating a license key, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

Beta. The Services are offered as a beta program. Features may change, and these Terms will be reissued as a new version following full legal review. RevSparkAI will give notice under Section 14.2 before any new version takes effect.

RevSparkAI develops and licenses software built on its proprietary FIGG Canopy methodology (FIELD, SEED, FIGG, GROVE, the Watering Cycle, WATER, ROOT, and ADP). RevSparkAI offers that methodology through two distinct products under one account, described in Section 3. The two products have materially different architectures, and therefore materially different data handling. Read Section 3 and the Privacy Policy carefully; what is true of one product is not necessarily true of the other.

2. Definitions

  • "Services" means both Products defined below, collectively.
  • "On-Demand" means the hosted FIGG Canopy account research and outreach product that RevSparkAI operates and Customer accesses through a browser, paid for with Credits.
  • "Deployed" means the FIGG Brain Deployed - Starter bundle, including its agents, templates, and documentation, distributed by download and run by Customer, paid for by monthly subscription.
  • "Credits" means the prepaid units Customer purchases to use On-Demand, consumed per action at RevSparkAI's then-current published rates.
  • "Customer Environment" means Customer's own computing environment (including any Claude subscription, Claude Code, or similar environment Customer operates or subscribes to) in which Deployed runs.
  • "Customer Inputs" means information Customer submits to On-Demand, including target account names and domains, seller context, capability descriptions, and any other information Customer types into or uploads to the hosted product.
  • "Customer Data" means any data Customer inputs into, generates with, or connects to Deployed within the Customer Environment, including Company Brain content, Account Brain content, CRM records, email content, and any data retrieved through Connected Tools.
  • "Connected Tools" means third-party services Customer chooses to connect to Deployed using Customer's own credentials, including Customer's CRM, email provider, and lead-enrichment services such as Apollo or ZoomInfo.
  • "Usage Data" means the license key, installation hash, and task-count information described in Section 9.
  • "Agent Pack" means an optional add-on module Customer may activate on Deployed beyond the base subscription, billed separately per Section 6.
  • "Subprocessor" means a third party RevSparkAI engages to process data on its behalf, listed in the Privacy Policy.

3. The Two Products

3.1 One Account, Two Products

Customer creates a single FIGG Canopy account. Under that account Customer may purchase Credits and use On-Demand, subscribe to Deployed, or both. Account creation and authentication are the same for either path.

3.2 On-Demand: Hosted by RevSparkAI

RevSparkAI operates On-Demand and processes Customer Inputs. When Customer uses On-Demand, Customer Inputs are transmitted to and stored on infrastructure RevSparkAI controls, and are sent to RevSparkAI's artificial intelligence Subprocessor to generate output. RevSparkAI stores the resulting reports and outputs in association with Customer's account so Customer can retrieve them.

This is materially different from Deployed. Customer should not submit information to On-Demand that Customer is not permitted to disclose to a hosted service and its Subprocessors. Section 3.3's statements about buyer-run architecture do not apply to On-Demand.

3.3 Deployed: Buyer-Run, No Hosted Access

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, RevSparkAI grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use Deployed within the Customer Environment, solely for Customer's own internal business purposes, for the duration of an active subscription.

Deployed runs entirely within the Customer Environment. RevSparkAI does not host, operate, or have access to the Customer Environment, the Customer Data, or any Connected Tools. Customer configures and authorizes its own Connected Tools using its own credentials, at its own discretion. RevSparkAI does not receive, store, or process the content of Customer Data or any Connected Tool. RevSparkAI's only visibility into Customer's use of Deployed is the Usage Data described in Section 9.

3.4 Customer Prerequisite for Deployed

Deployed requires Customer to hold an active, paid subscription to a compatible Anthropic Claude product with support for agent skills, such as Claude Code, the Claude desktop application, or claude.ai. Deployed runs inside Customer's own Claude environment and will not function without one. Customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for that subscription separately; it is not included in the fees under these Terms, and RevSparkAI does not resell or control it. Customer represents at the time of purchase that Customer holds such a subscription. RevSparkAI is not obliged to provide a refund where Customer cannot run Deployed because Customer lacks a compatible Claude subscription, subject to Section 6.5.

3.5 The Deployment Gate is Informational

Deployed includes a self-assessment mechanism (the Readiness score and deployment gate, including the Starter edition's Provisional Pass) reflecting how completely Customer has configured its own Company Brain. This is a product feature, not a certification, guarantee, or warranty of any business outcome, and RevSparkAI makes no representation about the accuracy of Customer's self-reported inputs.

4. Accounts

4.1 Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account credentials and for all activity under its account.

4.2 Customer must provide accurate account information and keep it current. Notices go to the account email on file.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 These Terms begin when Customer first creates an account or uses either Product, and continue while Customer holds an account or an active subscription.

5.2 Credits are not a subscription. Purchasing Credits creates no recurring commitment and no term. Credits are consumed as Customer uses On-Demand.

5.3 Deployed Base Subscription Term. The Deployed base subscription runs month to month until terminated.

5.4 Agent Pack Minimum Term. Each Agent Pack Customer activates carries its own three (3) month minimum term running from activation. Customer may not deactivate an Agent Pack before that term elapses. If Customer cancels the base subscription while an Agent Pack is still within its minimum term, Customer remains liable for that Agent Pack's fees through the end of its minimum term.

5.5 Termination by Customer. Customer may cancel the Deployed subscription at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period, subject to Section 5.4. Cancellation instructions are provided in-product and at support@revsparkai.com.

5.6 Termination by RevSparkAI. RevSparkAI may suspend or terminate access for material breach (including non-payment) not cured within fifteen (15) days of notice, or immediately for conduct RevSparkAI reasonably believes poses a security or legal risk.

5.7 Effect of Termination. Customer's license to use Deployed ends. Customer Data residing solely within the Customer Environment is unaffected, since RevSparkAI never held it. Customer Inputs and outputs held in On-Demand are retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused Credits are forfeited on termination for breach; otherwise see Section 6.4.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Deployed Fees. Deployed is offered at $40 per month for teams of up to three (3) people, and $250 per month for teams of four (4) to ten (10) people, plus $100 per month for each Agent Pack activated, subject to the three-month minimum term in Section 5.4, per RevSparkAI's then-current published pricing. These are beta program rates, subject to the rate lock in Section 6.8. Setup fees are waived for this edition.

6.2 Credits. Credits are purchased in advance in bundles at RevSparkAI's then-current published pricing, and are consumed per action at published rates. Rates may change for future purchases under Section 6.6; Credits already purchased are consumed at the rates in effect when the action is taken.

6.3 Billing. Deployed fees are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file. Credit purchases are charged at the time of purchase. Both products bill to the same payment profile under Customer's account.

6.4 Credit Expiry. Credits do not expire while Customer's account remains open and in good standing. RevSparkAI may introduce an expiry period for Credits purchased after a future version of these Terms takes effect, on notice under Section 14.2; any such change will not apply retroactively to Credits already purchased.

6.5 No Refunds. Fees and Credit purchases are non-refundable, and no credit is issued for partial billing periods or unused portions of a term, except: (a) where RevSparkAI expressly offers a refund or credit as part of a specific promotion or written exception; (b) where a refund is required by applicable law, including any statutory cancellation or cooling-off right available to Customer; or (c) where RevSparkAI's payment processor issues a refund under its own terms, which RevSparkAI does not control. Customer's statutory rights are not affected by this Section.

6.6 Price Changes. Subject to Section 6.8, RevSparkAI may change pricing for future billing periods and future Credit purchases with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

6.7 Taxes. Fees are exclusive of applicable sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes, which are Customer's responsibility except to the extent RevSparkAI or its payment processor collects and remits them.

6.8 Beta Rate Lock. The Deployed subscription rate in effect when Customer's subscription begins continues to apply for as long as that subscription remains continuously active, notwithstanding Section 6.6. If a subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is otherwise not continuous, RevSparkAI's then-current published pricing applies to any subsequent subscription. This Section does not apply to Credit purchases, to Agent Packs activated after a price change takes effect, or to subscriptions beginning after a price change takes effect, each of which remains governed by Section 6.6.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 RevSparkAI IP. RevSparkAI and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the agent roster, templates, and the underlying FIGG Canopy methodology and vocabulary (FIELD, SEED, FIGG, GROVE, Watering Cycle, WATER, ROOT, ADP), and all improvements, modifications, and derivative works. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 3.3 and the right to use On-Demand under these Terms.

7.2 Customer Data, Inputs, and Outputs. As between the parties, Customer retains all right, title, and interest in Customer Data, Customer Inputs, and the specific outputs the Services generate from Customer's own inputs. Nothing in these Terms assigns RevSparkAI any rights in them. RevSparkAI processes Customer Inputs solely to provide On-Demand to Customer and as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.3 Restrictions. Customer will not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying methodology beyond what is disclosed in the Services themselves; (b) resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services to third parties (a separate Reseller/Partner program governs authorized resale); (c) remove or obscure proprietary notices; (d) use the Services to build a competing product; or (e) use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms. For Deployed, RevSparkAI does not receive Customer Data (Section 3.3), so this section principally protects RevSparkAI's non-public information. For On-Demand, RevSparkAI additionally treats Customer Inputs and generated outputs as Customer's confidential information.

9. Usage Check-In (Deployed Only)

9.1 Deployed periodically sends RevSparkAI a Usage Data signal: a license key, a one-way hashed identifier generated for the specific installation, and a cumulative count of completed tasks. This confirms the installation is active and helps RevSparkAI understand aggregate product usage.

9.2 This signal never includes the content of Customer's work, Customer Data, or any information about the individuals or companies Customer works with. The license key and hash are pseudonymous identifiers, not anonymous ones, and are treated as Usage Data separate from account information. See the Privacy Policy for retention.

9.3 Customer can view this disclosure again at any time within Deployed's settings.

9.4 This Section applies to Deployed only. On-Demand is a hosted service and its data handling is described in Section 3.2 and the Privacy Policy.

10. Representations and Warranties; Disclaimer

10.1 Each party represents it has the authority to enter these Terms. Customer additionally represents it holds the Claude subscription required by Section 3.4 if purchasing Deployed.

10.2 DISCLAIMER. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REVSPARKAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT, SALES OUTCOME, OR ACCURACY OF OUTPUT, INCLUDING ANY READINESS SCORE, ACCOUNT SCORE, RESEARCH FINDING, OR GENERATED COMMUNICATION. OUTPUTS ARE GENERATED IN PART BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUTS BEFORE RELYING ON OR SENDING THEM.

11. Indemnification

Each party will indemnify the other against third-party claims arising from that party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of Section 7 (Intellectual Property). RevSparkAI's indemnification obligation excludes claims arising from Customer's use of Connected Tools, Customer Data, or Customer Inputs, and from Customer's use of outputs without review.

12. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT FOR BREACHES OF SECTION 7 (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) OR A PARTY'S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS, NEITHER PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL EXCEED THE FEES CUSTOMER PAID TO REVSPARKAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13.2 Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Wyoming. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own costs except as the arbitrator may award.

13.3 Class Action Waiver. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring a claim as a class, collective, or representative action, and the arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims involving different customers.

13.4 Injunctive Relief Carve-Out. Notwithstanding Section 13.2, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality obligations.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior discussions, including the Starter-only Terms dated 2026-08-27. They do not affect any separately signed Direct/List or Reseller/Partner agreement.

14.2 Amendment and Versioning. RevSparkAI may update these Terms; a material change is published as a new version with its own version number and effective date, with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14.3 Notices. Notices to RevSparkAI: brennon.cardone@revsparkai.com. Notices to Customer: the account email on file.

14.4 Severability; No Waiver; Assignment. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce is not waiver. Customer may not assign without RevSparkAI's consent; RevSparkAI may assign in connection with a merger or sale of substantially all assets.

FIGG Canopy: Privacy Policy

Version: v2

Effective Date: September 1, 2026 (beta)

RevSparkAI (Micro Hires LLC d/b/a RevSparkAI) offers two products with genuinely different data postures. This policy separates them throughout, because a statement true of one is not true of the other. In short: Deployed runs in your environment and we see almost nothing; On-Demand is hosted by us and we necessarily process what you submit to it.

1. What We Collect

1.1 Account information (both products)

Provided by you when you create an account: your email address, and, if you complete onboarding, your company name, your website, and the list of what you sell. Subscribing to Deployed asks for nothing further beyond your confirmation that you hold a qualifying Claude plan and which Agent Packs you want. We also hold your subscription status, Credit balance, and a record of purchases.

1.2 On-Demand: what you submit, and what we generate

Because On-Demand is a hosted service, we receive and store:

  • Customer Inputs: the target account names and domains you research, the seller context you provide about a deal (such as whether it is warm or cold, your goal, ICP notes), and any capability descriptions you enter.
  • Generated outputs: the reports and drafted communications On-Demand produces from those inputs, stored so you can retrieve them.
  • Usage records: which actions you took and how many Credits they consumed.

Customer Inputs are sent to our artificial intelligence Subprocessor to generate output. See Section 4.

1.3 Deployed: Usage Data only

Deployed sends a license key, a one-way hashed identifier generated for your installation (not a hardware or device ID), and a cumulative count of completed tasks. That is the complete list. It does not send the content of your work, your CRM data, your email content, your Company Brain or Account Brain content, or any information about the people or companies you work with. That data lives and stays in your own environment and your own Connected Tools.

2. Why We Collect It

  • Account information: to provision your account and license, bill you, and communicate about your subscription.
  • On-Demand Inputs and outputs: to provide the service you asked for, and to let you retrieve past results. Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you.
  • Deployed Usage Data: because usage cannot be technically limited in a self-serve download, this confirms an installation is active and lets us understand aggregate product usage. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a licensed product. It is not used to monitor the content of your work.

3. Legal Basis and Data Categories (GDPR/CCPA)

We treat the license key and installation hash as pseudonymous personal data, not anonymous data, because combined with account information they could in principle be linked to your account.

Categories collected: identifiers (account email, license key, installation hash), commercial information (subscription and Credit status, purchase history), usage data (task counts, Credit consumption), and, for On-Demand only, the content you submit and the outputs generated from it.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. We disclose it to Subprocessors solely to operate the Services, as listed below.

If you are in a jurisdiction with data subject rights (such as the EU, UK, or California), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting brennon.cardone@revsparkai.com.

4. Subprocessors

We use the following third parties to operate the Services. This list is current as of this version's effective date and may change under Section 8.

SubprocessorPurposeApplies to
VercelApplication hostingBoth
SupabaseDatabase and storageBoth
ClerkAccount authenticationBoth
StripePayment processingBoth
Google (Gemini)Artificial intelligence generationOn-Demand
ResendTransactional email, including license key deliveryDeployed
Cloudflare (Turnstile)Bot protection on public formsBoth

Customer Inputs submitted to On-Demand are transmitted to Google for processing. If that is not acceptable for particular information, do not submit that information to On-Demand. Deployed does not send Customer Data to any of these Subprocessors, because Deployed runs in your own environment.

5. Retention

  • Account information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.
  • On-Demand Inputs and outputs: retained while your account is active, so that you can retrieve past reports. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will do so within thirty (30) days of your request. Email brennon.cardone@revsparkai.com or support@revsparkai.com. We do not currently delete this content automatically on a schedule; deletion is on request.
  • Deployed Usage Data: retained for the life of your license plus ninety (90) days after cancellation, then deleted. (Approved 2026-08-27.)

6. What We Do Not Access

For Deployed, to be explicit because the product connects to sensitive systems: we do not access, store, or process the content of your CRM, your email, your lead-finder connections (such as Apollo or ZoomInfo), or any data those connections return. Those connections run using credentials you supply, inside your own environment, under your own control.

For On-Demand, this does not apply in the same way. On-Demand only ever holds what you type into it, and we do not connect it to your CRM or email. But what you type into it, we hold. See Section 1.2.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will update the version number and effective date above and provide notice of material changes consistent with the Terms of Service, including changes to the Subprocessor list.
