Straight answers about what FiggCanopy is, which of the two products fits you, and what it costs.

What is FiggCanopy, and what is FiggBrain?

RevSpark AI is the company. FiggCanopy is the methodology: twenty-five years of enterprise sales intelligence turned into a defined process that maps who you should sell to, scores why they will buy, and governs how you win them.

FiggBrain is the operating system that executes it. It is the software; FiggCanopy is the discipline the software runs. You buy FiggBrain in two forms at figgcanopy.com:

  • FiggBrain On-Demand. You buy credits, run account research and outreach generation on the accounts you care about, and stop whenever you want. Hosted by us. Nothing recurring and nothing to install.
  • FiggBrain Deployed. A monthly subscription. You download the full agent team and it runs continuously inside your own environment, against your own accounts.

Both run the same method. They differ in how much of it you operate yourself, and in how much the system knows: On-Demand knows the account, Deployed knows the account and you.

FIELD, SEED, GROVE and ROOT are stages within FiggCanopy rather than products you buy separately.

What is an "agent OS," and why does it matter more than a single chatbot or a single automation?

An agent OS is a coordinated team of AI agents that share one memory of your business and run a defined method, instead of one assistant answering one prompt at a time with no memory of the last one.

In FiggBrain Deployed that team is seven agents: an orchestrator, an account owner, a prospecting manager, a scoring engine, a research agent, an outreach agent, and a librarian. You talk to the orchestrator in plain language and it routes your request to whichever specialist should handle it. There is no dashboard to master.

What makes it an operating system rather than a bundle of bots is the shared memory underneath, and that memory has two halves:

  • Your Company Brain is the seller model. What you sell, who you sell it to, what buying signals you hunt, what you never say. Every agent reads it before it does anything.
  • An Account Brain is a living record of one target account, graded on how complete the record is and on how winnable the deal actually looks, from L1 Cold up to L5 Wired.

Because both brains are shared, work compounds instead of restarting. Research writes into the Account Brain. The scoring engine reads what research wrote. The account plan reads the score. Outreach reads the plan. Feed the system a call transcript and it extracts the signals, updates the fields, recomputes the scores, and logs what changed, without you touching a number by hand.

A single chatbot starts from zero every conversation. A single automation runs one fixed task and has no opinion about whether that task was worth running at all. An agent OS carries the record forward and applies judgment about sequence: which accounts have earned attention this week, which deal cannot honestly advance a stage yet, which sentence in a draft email is not supported by anything you actually know.

It also refuses work in specific, deliberate ways. It will not score a single account until your Company Brain clears its readiness gate. It will not produce a finding without attributing a source. It will not score something it cannot confirm. It never contacts or emails anyone on its own.

For scale: give it a company name and it returns a scored, evidence-backed intelligence package in roughly four to eight minutes.

What is the difference between FiggBrain On-Demand and FiggBrain Deployed?

Credits is pay as you go for one-off account research and outreach generation, with no recurring commitment. Deployed is a monthly subscription where the full agent team runs inside your own environment, continuously.

Which one is for me

Choose FiggBrain On-Demand if you have a specific list or a handful of named accounts in front of you right now and you want intelligence on them without signing up for anything ongoing. You buy credits, spend them on the accounts you pick, and see your balance and history in your account. It suits a team testing whether this kind of intelligence changes how they sell, and a team that works in bursts around a conference, a quarter close, or one large pursuit.

Choose FiggBrain Deployed if you want the capability permanently in-house, running whether or not you remember to ask for it. You download the package, enter your license key, answer four short questions about your business, and the team is live against your accounts and your connected tools. It suits a team that wants an always-current view of its account universe rather than a report commissioned once.

The two products keep separate sign-up and day-to-day flows on purpose, because a credit balance and a running subscription are genuinely different things to manage.

How much does each product cost?

These are beta rates and they will rise. We would rather have you using the system and telling us what is wrong with it.

FiggBrain Deployed is sold in two sizes, both on the Starter edition:

  • Teams of 1 to 3: $40 per month in beta, rising to $60. Available at launch rather than today.
  • Teams of 3 to 10: $250 per month in beta, rising to $1,000. This is the tier you can buy now.

The setup fee is waived during the beta program. Agent packs are $100 per month each on top of the base, and none is included in it. All three are now available: Social Media, Pricing and Strategy, and Sales Advisor. During beta a pack is hand-delivered by email rather than downloaded, while update automation is built. Beyond the basic service level, hands-on help such as onboarding assistance, configuration, or ad hoc advisory is billed at $150 per hour.

If your team is larger than 10 people, talk to us. We would rather size a plan correctly than have you outgrow the Starter edition quietly.

FiggBrain On-Demand: around $20 per account plan, bought as credits in packs, one time, with no subscription behind them. Current pricing is always shown at checkout, since that is the one place a price never goes stale.

All prices are in USD.

Can I use both products under one account?

Yes. One sign-in covers both. Your credit balance, your credit history, and your Deployed subscription status all show in one place, and both products bill to the same customer record, so there is one payment relationship rather than two. See it at your account.

The two products keep their own screens and their own onboarding, because a credit balance and a subscription are different things to manage. Only identity and billing are shared.

What data does FiggBrain see?

FiggBrain Deployed.

RevSparkAI never receives your customer data, your CRM or email content, or anything from the tools you connect. The agent team runs in your environment and your data stays there. What does reach us is the email address you gave at signup, stored separately and used only to resend your license key if you ask for it, plus a lightweight licensing heartbeat from the install. That heartbeat carries a license key, a machine identifier that is hashed before it ever leaves your machine, a task count, and a timestamp. No client content, no company name, no CRM records. You are told this once during onboarding, in plain sight rather than buried in the terms. If a license is deactivated, the retention clock on that record runs 90 days.

Subscribing asks you for nothing beyond your Claude attestation and which agent packs you want. There is no company profile form on the Deployed side, so there is nothing further to transmit.

FiggBrain On-Demand.

This product is hosted by us, so standard account data applies: your account record, your credit balance, your purchase history through our payment processor, and the reports you have run, which are kept so you can go back to them. The accounts you research and the outputs you generate live in your account.

How do I get support?

Email support@revsparkai.com.

FiggBrain Deployed is self-serve and does not include white-glove support. If you want hands-on help with onboarding, configuration, or advisory work beyond the basic service level, that is available at $150 per hour.

If you have lost your license key, you do not need support for that. Go to figgcanopy.com/deployed, use the "Already signed up? Resend my key" link, and enter the email you signed up with.

Do I need to be technical to run Deployed?

No. You unpack the downloaded package, enter your license key at first launch, and answer four questions in plain sentences: who you sell to, who the buyer is, what tells you someone is in-market, and one thing you sell. That clears the gate and the system is usable immediately.

After that you interact with it by talking to it. No dashboard to learn, no query language, and no configuration file you have to edit before you get a first result.

What is actually in the download?

One zip containing the seven core agents (orchestrator, account owner, prospecting manager, scoring engine, research, outreach, librarian), the runtime templates, the connector packs, and the onboarding playbook the system walks you through on first launch. The current release is v1.2.0.

Every customer downloads the same package for a given release. Your license key is what personalizes it after install, and your onboarding answers are what make its output yours.

Can it connect to my CRM and my email?

Yes. The agent team works through capability roles rather than named vendors, so you bind whichever tool you already use to each role: CRM, project management, comms, docs, email, and enrichment. For enrichment, Apollo and ZoomInfo ship as the named options in v1.

You ask for outcomes, not for tools. Say "write this account to the CRM" and the connector layer works out which product that is. Anything you leave unbound falls back to local files, clearly labeled as such, so nothing fails silently. Binding your CRM writes FiggCanopy's fixed schema, 17 fields plus the pipeline stages, into it.

How many people can use one Deployed license?

The Starter license is written for up to 10 seats. If your team is bigger than 10, talk to us, we would rather size it correctly than watch you outgrow the tier quietly.

What is the commitment, and can I cancel?

The Deployed base subscription is month to month. Agent packs are the exception: each pack you activate carries its own three-month minimum term, which is why we would rather you start on the base and add a pack once you know you want it. Absent an explicit promotion, fees are not refunded.

Cancelling flips your license inactive and starts a 90-day retention window on the activation record.

On-Demand credits carry no term at all. You buy them, you use them, and there is nothing to cancel.

Will the agents email my prospects, or make claims I cannot back up?

No on both counts, and both are enforced rather than promised.

The system does not contact or email anyone on its own. It drafts, you send.

On claims, every client-facing draft passes three checks before it reaches you. The first matches tone to how your company actually writes. The second tightens the prose and strips filler. The third is the one that matters here: it compares every factual assertion in the draft against the data actually pulled for that account, and if the draft asserts something your data does not support, the draft is held rather than delivered. You are told which sentence failed and which missing field would resolve it. Nothing is filed as final until it passes.

The same rule runs through the scoring. Every score rationale has to cite an external signal. Where the system cannot confirm something, it declines to score it and tells you exactly what is missing.
